USA Shipping

If you are from the USA you MUST add on the USA extra shipping button as it
does cost me more to ship to USA. You will probably also pay duty across the
border. Shipping across the border also can take 4-6 weeks depending on your
local. This was the simplest way for me to accommodate all of our southern
friends.
