The CDCP is a federally delivered public health plan administered by Health Canada that uses Sun Life to act as the service provider.

Kitchener and New Hamburg Denture Clinic is accepting patients covered under the CDCP. This dental benefit is for eligible Canadian residents who:

• do not have dental insurance.
• have an adjusted family net income of less than $90,000.
• are a Canadian resident.
• filed their tax return in the previous year.

Once approved, you will receive a Sun Life Dental Benefit Card and your personal letter that explains the percentage amount that the CDCP will cover based on the CDCP’s independent fee guide. We follow the Ontario Denturist Fee Guide, The CDCP only covers a percentage of the total cost of your dental care, and patients are required to pay the balance owing. If you are on the 100% grid your portion is small.
